Co-founded Trac Technology and served as CTO to design and build an autonomous pressure washing robot from the ground up. The robot navigates, plans cleaning routes, and executes pressure washing operations without human intervention — eliminating manual labor in floor cleaning workflows.
- Designed the complete mechanical architecture in Autodesk Fusion 360 — chassis, drivetrain, and full subsystem integration
- Built the full electronics stack: power systems, motor control, sensor integration, and wiring
- Developed autonomous navigation software on NVIDIA Jetson Nano — computer vision, path planning, and real-time decision-making
- Programmed low-level hardware control and motor coordination on Arduino microcontrollers
- Designed and 3D printed all custom mechanical components and enclosures
- Advanced from prototype to live pilot programs with real commercial customers
